The October 2021 meeting will be at the Fruitville Library on Saturday, October 16th. Library doors open at 10 a.m. The library address is 100 Coburn Rd (exit 210 East off I-75) in Sarasota. After a short business meeting bring a modern quilt for show and tell.
A new video by Christine Ravish on Fast Blind Facings is up on the Tutorial tab. She uses the blind hem stitch with great results for this method.
A highlight from Show and Tell was K Kotovsky's travel quilt. She designed each block during RV vacation travels. It's made and quilted in sections that are barely noticeable.
