In this workshop, you will learn Maggie's fabric collage technique, which focuses on the use of batik fabric to create light and shadow within the subject, and is designed for fiber artists.
Spend two days immersing yourself in color and shape. You'll discover that learning to use color and shape in a purposeful way will allow you to control the mood and emotional impact of your work.
We’ll use fiber artists’ tools in our class work: batik fabric, very sharp scissors, thread and lots of pins. No paint will be used.
