Trish Hodge is collecting items for the new "DIY No-sweat Shop" in which teenagers learn to  make useful/comforting items that are then given to children in difficult circumstances of one kind or another. For their first project (on October 23) they are making a dream pillow - small pillows with a quote for a children's book written on the back and filled with lavender scented stuffing. They hope for donations of fabric, scissors, thread, batting, fabric markers, trim/lace/other decorative stuff.
Bring any donations to the meeting. Trish will collect and take to the Elsie Quirk Library program.
